DOPA runs one platform with English and Chinese invite pages. This offer opens the English page ("You've been invited to DOPA!") with code YDVVQA; the DOPA Chinese-site offer opens the Chinese page with code ENKHCE. How the credit works
Sign up with YDVVQA, verify your phone and make your first point purchase. DOPA then adds the credit; its help centre values 1,000 points at US$10. Points are spent on packs, never withdrawn, and point purchases are not refunded.
Shipping and the 10-day rule
Japanese-language cards ship worldwide; English-language cards ship to the US and Canada only. Shipping starts at US$20 when your cards are worth under US$10, is free from US$100, and adds a surcharge outside the US, plus any import duty. Cards not sent for shipping within 10 days are converted to points.
